GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND CANCELLATION

1. In the event of cancellation by yourself or by one of the people in your party:

-If you cancel the service on your own, you will have to pay the lump sum mentioned in the reservation email.
-If the cancellation occurs more than thirty days before the date of the outing, no payment will be requested.
-If the cancellation occurs less than thirty days before the date
of the trip, the company La Baie, c'est... will require the payment of an amount corresponding to 50% of the overall flat rate mentioned in this email.
- If the cancellation occurs fifteen days or less from the date of the outing, the company will require full payment of the service, indicated on this booking voucher, and on the basis of the number of people mentioned by the organizer in a period of 1 month before the service.

2. In case of no show, the guide is considered released after one hour of waiting and the visit is due in full. 

3. In case of delay, in agreement with the guide:
- either the visit will be shortened to finish at the time initially planned,
- either the duration of the visit initially planned will be respected (subject to the availability of the guide beyond the initial schedule) and the price will be increased by an additional hour. 

 

4. At the last minute:
- in the event of unexpected closure of the abbey (strikes, bad weather, etc.) the visit will take place exclusively in the village, for the same duration and at the same price;
- in case of impossibility to access the Mont (case of force majeure), the visit will be canceled without claim for compensation.

5. For services taking place in the bay, the guide reserves the right to cancel or modify a walk in the bay, if the safety conditions are not satisfactory (in the event of a storm, heavy rain, or any other exceptional situation). No payment will be requested in this case. Please note, however, that the cancellation remains my responsibility and that a "grey and slightly rainy" weather is not a cancellation factor. 

6. In the event of intervention by different service providers, the payment will not be a single payment, but several payments, made to each service provider, after sending their own invoice.
